If you are unhappy with the product you have received, or it has arrived damaged due to the delivery process, please contact us within 48hours of receiving your item, and we will be happy to send you a replacement once proof of damage has been received.
Unfortunately, if you have ordered a personalised item, we will be unable to refund these under any circumstances as each of these are made to order.
